💡 Tips for the Best Instant Pot Broccoli
- Cut the broccoli into florets that are the same size to ensure even cooking.
- If you wish to, season with salt, pepper, or garlic powder before cooking. You could even try my roasting seasoning, which is a mix of different spices.
- Doing a quick release of pressure and taking the broccoli out of the Instant Pot immediately stops the broccoli from overcooking.
- If you want the broccoli to be more tender, leave it in the Instant Pot for a minute before removing it.
- If you want to use frozen broccoli, keep the same cooking time. Frozen broccoli will be softer and not as crisp and fresh.
