This all-purpose seasoning can be used to quickly boost the flavor of crispy roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, pork chops, salmon, and more.
And because this recipe makes a big batch, you can keep the seasonings on hand for whenever you’re in the mood for roasted vegetables or meats.
❤️ WHY YOU SHOULD TRY THIS HOMEMADE ROASTING SEASONING RECIPE
- You can customize the flavors by adding more or less of any of the individual spices.
- You can make it spicy by adding cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes.
- Because this spice mix is homemade, you can avoid the preservatives and additives in store-bought versions.
- It’s more budget-friendly to make your own spice mix than buy it.
💡 Tips for the Best Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
- Feel free to adjust the quantities of spice based on your tastes. If you like the flavor of one spice, e.g., smoked or sweet paprika, add a little extra.
- Add spices such as dried rosemary, thyme, basil, and parsley for more of a Mediterranean flavor like Italian seasoning.
- Keep this spice mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry location to retain freshness.
