This roasting seasoning blend is an all-purpose spice blend that tastes amazing with roasted vegetables or meats. Use this delicious spice mix to season cauliflower, potatoes, brussels sprouts, pork chops, chicken, salmon, and more.
In a medium bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Transfer the spice mix to a clean dry glass jar and store in a cool, dry location.
Notes
Try and use fresh spices. Spices that have been sitting in your cabinet for too long may not have the best flavor.
To use this roasting seasoning to roast vegetables, use 2 to 3 teaspoons per 1.5 lbs of vegetables. Mix with an equal quantity of olive oil and coat the vegetables completely with the oil and spice mix. See my air fryer roasted red potatoes recipe as an example.
