Refreshing Easy Peach Mango Salsa Recipe

This refreshing peach salsa is the perfect combination of sweet, tart and spicy. It's a great accompaniment to chips, Mexican food, and grilled foods.

Ingredients

peach
diced (2 medium peaches)

cup
mango
diced (1 ataulfo mango)

cup
bell pepper
diced (red or orange bell pepper)

cup
red onions
finely chopped (or shallots)
¼
cup
cilantro
finely chopped
¼ to 1
jalapeno pepper
minced (to taste)

teaspoon
ginger
minced

tablespoon
lime juice
¼ to ½
teaspoon
salt
(or to taste)

teaspoon
brown sugar
- if the fruit isn't sweet enough (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir carefully to mix.
Refrigerate the salsa for at least an hour and upto 4 hours.
Serve with Mexican dishes, grilled meats, fish or tortilla chips.

You can substitute mango, melon, strawberry, pineapple, nectarine, or any fruit of your choice. Farm fresh tomatoes can also added.
