. massaman curry paste . coconut milk . beef stew meat . water . tamarind paste . fish sauce . brown sugar  . potatoes  . onion  . roasted peanuts

saute curry paste


Stir together curry paste and half the coconut milk until bubbly, a minute or two. Good quality ingredients make a big difference!

add coconut milk and  beef


Stir in beef, remaining coconut milk, water, tamarind paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar.

pressure cook


Pressure cook the beef and do a natural or quick release of pressure after cooking is complete.

add potatoes


Open Instant Pot and stir in potatoes, onions, and peanuts. Pressure cook again and do a  quick release of pressure.
