instant pot

banh mi

Instant Pot Banh Mi is a Vietnamese Pork Sandwich that delivers amazing flavor.  This Asian sandwich is assembled on toasted French bread or baguette with pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs.

My 7-year-old came into the kitchen after dinner for seconds and asked why I’m not a chef.  I’ve never received this kind of praise for my cooking before.
